You will receive order confirmations from PayPal or Google Checkout upon successful payment confirmation.
If you pay via PayPal, you will receive an additional order confirmation email from us when we receive your order. PayPal users will receive a notification from us when your order is ready to ship and you will receive a shipping notice containing tracking details.
Google Checkout users will receive a notification from Google Checkout when the item is shipped. Sometimes, this notification will NOT include tracking details. Tracking details will be available in your order information as soon as we receive them from the various shippers.
Basic Orders are generally processed within 1 business day of order receipt. Pawty Training Pad Cakes, Baskets and Creations are made after they are ordered and will require an additional 24 hour processing time. All orders are typically ready for shipping within 2 business days of order receipt.
PayPal users will be notified immediately if a product has become unavailable due to inventory discrepancies and will be given options for completing or cancelling such orders. Google Checkout orders must be cancelled if we are unable to complete the order within our fullfillment agreement timeframe.
Shipping: You will be notified via email of shipping status and tracking details as soon as they become available. Google Checkout users may need to visit their personal accounts to obtain tracking infomation. Orders will ship via UPS or USPS standard ground (6-10 days) unless expedited shipping is requested and payment is rendered.
Returns: Your satisfaction is important. We will accept returns of UNOPENED items within 7 days of tracked receipt. Returned items will be refunded minus shipping costs. Buyer will also be responsible for return shipping of items. Due to the health and safety of our furry customers, opened and/or worn pet apparel cannot be returned. Additionally, cakes, baskets and creations must not be removed from original wrapping or disassembled in any way to be eligible for return. Again, this protects the health and safety of our customers. Contact us at email@example.com to obtain details to request a return/refund. If you receive a damaged item, we must be notified within 24 hours of tracked receipt! After 24 hours, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping of said item(s).
